Today I’ll be sharing a tutorial for how to make paper flowers using cupcake liners!
Cupcake Liner Paper Flowers
Supplies:
- 3 cupcake liners per flower
- 1 paper straw per flower
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions:
Line up three cupcake liners and use the scissors to cut slits around the edge of each wrapper.

Fold the wrappers in half and cut a small slit in the center of each one.

Push the straw through the hole in one of the cupcake wrappers and slide it down one inch from the top of the straw.

Use glue to bunch the wrapper around the straw to hold it in place.


Continue adding cupcake wrappers to the straw and gluing in the center until all the wrappers are attached.
