From the moment I wake up, I feel like I’m frantically trying to get things done. I must feed the kids, help get them dressed, gather their items for school and take them to school. Then, I try to fit in a workout, come home, work until it’s time to get the girls and head back to pick them up from school. When they get home, I feed them snacks and dinner. We rush to get our swim gear on and then head out for their swim lessons. We come home, bathe them, help brush their teeth and get them dressed. Then it’s the bedtime routine — read books, sing songs, turn on the music, spray the monsters away, and finally get them to bed. Then, the next day, it starts all over. Whew! That made me tired just writing it all down!

There’s little time to get to the grocery store each week and I have a hard time trying to plan healthy meals. When I browse through the pantry, freezer, or refrigerator, sometimes the food just doesn’t appeal to me at the time and I can’t come up with the perfect lunch or dinner menu for my family. I don’t mind cooking, but there are days when this “Mama” needs a day off! Hot, ready made meals that are healthy with little clean up are very enticing to me!

That’s why I love taking the family to Pei Wei when I need a day away from my own kitchen! Pei Wei offers a menu of fresh, high quality Asian cuisine featuring 35 fresh hand-cut ingredients. Pei Wei serves freshly prepared wok’d to order dishes. You can customize your own dish to your liking since all items are made-to-order! Are you a vegetarian or do you eat products free of Gluten? I love their grocery store meals. I’ve never been to the restaurant. My daughter keeps telling me I need to go, but I haven’t been.
