Wonder Forge Games

I’m so happy to announce that we were able to add two new games to our game collection at home for the girls! Game time is important to us, and I am trying to get better about scheduling family game times at least once a week. It’s good for everyone. It provides a way for families to be together, laughing, giggling, and just having a great time.

We received the Disney Doc McStuffins All Better! Game and Disney Sofia the First Magical Tea Time Game from Wonder Forge! Both games provide fun and learning at the same time — something that’s very important to me when choosing games for my children!

We decided to play with the Disney Doc McStuffins All Better! Game first.

I love this game because it allows for a lot of pretend play! My girls loved playing doctor and I was impressed that this game even includes some vocabulary during play time. They were to call out the name of the doctors tools when picking out a bandage such as: magnifying glass, otoscope, reflex hammer, stethoscope, syringe, and thermometer.

Remember slap bracelets when you were younger? If so, you’ll LOVE the slap bracelet “bandages” included in this game! My girls played with the bracelets for a while before we even started playing the game!

My oldest daughter loved using the reflex hammer on Mommy! Here she is below checking my reflexes!

When we decided it was time to wrap up the fun, it was nice to store all of the Disney Doc McStuffins All Better! Game pieces into the storage bag that’s included! It tucks away easily into our game closet and when it’s time for my girls to pick out a game to play, it’s easily accessible!

Next, we played the Sophia the First Magical Tea Time Game!

Princess Sophia Game

It’s always a good idea to read the directions ahead of time and understand them before putting out all of the contents, otherwise you’ll have tiny hands reaching for all of the materials before play time! My girls were very interested in the contents of this game as well and couldn’t wait to see what it was all about!

Sofia the First Game

I loved the concept of this game and love that it’s highly interactive! The object of the game is to collect the most treats. She loved collecting the treat with the tea cup because she was able to blow on it to make it spin!

She also loved collecting the tea pot so that she could blow air into the cup to make it spin!

Sophia the First Game

By the end of the game, we counted up our treats and my daughter collected the most! She was very happy while playing this game and there was a ton of laughter between us, so I would say overall, we had a great time with Sophia the First Magical Tea Time!
