Recipe for Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 sliced banana (check out this banana slicer)
- 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/3 cup fat free milk
- 1/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
Directions:
- Add the milk to your blender.
- Add the banana, peanut butter, honey, and yogurt.
- Add the ice.
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Serve and enjoy!
